Qualifications

Regional Human Resources Manager
(Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful performance would be qualifying.)

• Bachelor’s degree and/or
• Seven (7) years of experience in the HR field, or
• Any similar combination of education and experience
• Considerable knowledge of principles and practices of personnel administration, to include benefits plans
• Understanding of federal and state employment laws
• Must possess ability to communicate across all levels of management and staff in order to effectively exchange information, ideas and answer inquiries
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, desk top publishing tools, PC’s, printers, facsimile and other office machinery
• Effective problem solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of the transportation industry a plus
• Must be able to develop and foster a team environment
• Professional in Human Resources (PHR) preferred
• Must be able to travel 40% - 70% of the time
• Must be able to multi-task
