Location: Miami, FL

Department: Corporate Customer Care

• Respond to telephone and email customer service inquiries as part of a team within our Customer Service Call Center
• Interacts with other Corporate departments and field locations to research shipment issues
• Trace shipments, provide bills of lading and proofs of delivery, etc., as requested by customers
• May include occasional coverage for receptionist
• Includes on-the-job training in Estes Customer Care guidelines
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

• Prior customer service experience preferred
• Must be familiar with the transportation industry
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
• Must have strong oral and written communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers and other terminals in the system
• Must be self-directed and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
• Good computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of AS400 system preferred
• Minimum of high school diploma
