Location: Corporate Office - Richmond, VA

Division: Estes Integrated

• Promote customer relations between terminals, Billing department, Operations department, Information Systems, Pricing department and customers
• Assist in daily account management, profitability research and analysis
• Perform administrative aspects of the accounts including daily email communications to respond to customer issues
• Other duties and responsibilities as required

• 3-5 years of related experience in the transportation field, preferably in trucking industry
• Must be self-directed, detail oriented and have the organizational skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access, plus some mainframe experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• High School diploma or equivalent; further education welcomed
• Knowledge and experience in AS/400 system preferred
