Location: Corporate Office - Richmond, VA

Department: Pricing

• Assist programmers with the input of Estes Pricing provisions into database
• Research & resolve discount entry programming issues
• Respond to & assist traffic department & Corporate office personnel with rate issues by email, phone
• Develop & maintain use of EXCEL applications
• Assist rate analyst with account maintenance & contract review
• All other duties & responsibilities as assigned

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Excellent typing, math & computer Skills including Microsoft Word, Excel
• LTL experience desired
• Must be able to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment
• Proficient in an AS400 environment
• Previous rating experience desired
