Location: Corporate Office - Richmond, VA

Department: Truckload/Brokerage

• Work with a small team to insure freight quotes
• Work with team to insure that transportation solutions are found and completed
• Phone customers and carriers to insure loads are developed
• Develop and maintain use of Microsoft Word and Excel computer applications
• Develop and maintain documents and data in the AS/400 system
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

• Prior work experience in Dispatch, Brokerage, Pricing and/or Operations with a freight carrier
• Must have customer service telephone experience dealing with customers and potential customers
• Must have command of Microsoft Office Word and Excel; Access and Power Point are preferred
• Knowledge of AS/400 applications
• High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced education preferred
