Location: Corporate Office - Richmond, VA

Department: Electronic Data Processing Services–EDPS

• Ensure proper transmission of EDI information to and from our business and trading partners and internal personnel
• Take requests via phone and email from both internal and external sources for transfer of EDI information
• Get all contact and transmission data requirements, analyze request, set up EDI transmission, test the interface, monitor production of information and problem solve
• Handle backlog of internal help request problems with EDI information
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

• Prior Electronic Data Interface experience
• Knowledge of or desire to learn ILE RPG
• High School diploma or equivalent
• AS/400 experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Access
• Must be self-directed and able to multi-task
• High School diploma or equivalent
