Location: Corporate Office - Richmond, VA

Department: Operations

• Research & solve problems by detecting failures in a given region
• Research & solve a variety of customer problems by providing excellent customer service
• Work with operations planners & terminals to track & trace freight movement while reporting to the Manager of Line Haul & Terminal Planning
• Perform administrative duties to include filing, answering telephones
• All other duties & responsibilities as assigned

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service skills
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• LTL experience desired
• Must be able to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment
• Minimum of one year clerical, administrative experience
• Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Word, Excel & Access
