Department: Sales

• Perform administrative tasks in team environment
• Identify ways to increase team productivity
• Communicate with team members/customers to resolve issues
• Work with account managers on accounts in jeopardy to determine root cause & corrective action
• Process expense reports & distribute mail on a daily basis
• Answer sales support line – internal & external
• Order sales supplies & maintain inventory
• Other duties & responsibilities as assigned

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be self directed in a fast paced environment
• Good organizational & computer skills with working knowledge of Excel, Access, Microsoft Word & Lotus notes
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize & complete tasks within given time frame
• Previous customer service & transportation experience in an administrative role
