• Compile, organize & submit weekly employee payroll, contractor settlements & Home Depot billing
• Perform background checks & create employee badges
• Perform daily clerical duties including filing & telephones
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of transportation industry preferred
• Excellent oral & written communication skills
• Proficient in Word, with strong Excel experience
• Ability to prioritize workload
• Must be self-directed with a high level of attention to detail
